Initial Installation:

Window Count Station
This Customer
had purchased initially just a single count window for each of his
existing count / sorting stations. The ready supplied stainless
steel frame and pre-mounted Light Bars were easily installed to the
existing count tables. The system was set up with a simple computer system so counts were collected directly into a *.dbf file, and
then imported in Customer's own accounting software.

Our Customer
was so happy with the performance of our Light Bar System, that he decided
to add two more count windows to each station in order to increase counts
/ hour and to reduce the total amount of soil count hours. Light Bar
Systems provided a FREE redesign of the soil department layout to maximize
throughput. The existing soil count tables were altered to allow the
soil sorter to count each soil classification directly into each basket,
which greatly reduced the daily amount of time needed to
count. Additionally a simple platform was provided in order to
create an ergonomic soil count station. The feed back of the
