Question of the week:
From P.G. - India
Question: Can you please explain what is g-factor in a washing/dry cleaning machine?
Answer: The g-factor is the amount of force generated that a machine extracts
at. The formula to calculate it is: 2 RPM
X dia. g’s = —————–—–
70500
The more "g" force, the better the water / fluids are
extracted from the material inside the machine.
The more diameter the drum of the machine has, the better extract.
Also, the more RPM the machine operates at, the better extract.
